We just finished a terrific year with Lake Shore Track. We had 46 fourth and fifth grade boys and girls participate in our regional meet on May 17th. Most students earned ribbons even if they did not qualify for the all city meet. We returned to the All-City Blue Ribbon meet on May 25th with 29 qualifying athletes. Several of our athletes in this group earned ribbon places 1 – 6 in their individual and relay team events. Our students came out strong and finished well. They are all to be commended for their participation, sportsmanship but most of all, the outstanding behavior of every student who showed just what a winning school Lake Shore is! Way to go Seagulls, you made us proud!
